1. What do I agree to when I book an inspection?

By booking an inspection with Auto Inspect, you agree to allow our certified inspectors to access and examine the vehicle at the agreed time and location. You also agree to our pricing, refund, and privacy policies.

 

2. What are the customer’s responsibilities?

You must ensure that:

  • The vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled time

  • You (or someone authorized) are present if required

  • Any necessary permissions (e.g., from sellers or dealers) are obtained in advance

3. What if I provide incorrect information during booking?

If you give us incorrect details (e.g., wrong address, vehicle info, or contact number), we may cancel the appointment or charge a rescheduling fee. Please double-check your info before confirming.

 

4. Is the inspection report a guarantee or warranty?

No. The inspection report is an independent, professional opinion based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. It is not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of future performance.

 

5. Can the terms be changed?

Yes. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Major changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
