Refund Policy
Yes, you can get a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time. Cancellations made after that may not be eligible for a full refund.
If our inspector fails to arrive on time or misses the appointment without notice, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled inspection at no extra cost.
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you believe there was an error or issue with the inspection, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your report. We’ll review your case and may offer a re-inspection or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Once an inspection has been carried out and the report has been delivered, refunds are generally not provided, unless there was a clear mistake or failure on our part.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
